Bellevue, WA – December 19, 2007 – Talisma® Corporation (www.education.talisma.com), the leading provider of Multi-channel Constituent Relationship Management (CRM) solutions for higher education, today announced that University of Washington Educational Outreach (UWEO) has selected Talisma to enhance recruitment efforts in order to increase enrollment, and build an infrastructure to transform the way UWEO interacts with potential and active constituents.

Prior to Talisma, UWEO relied upon various loosely coupled processes to communicate with its constituents that required considerable coordination to keep running smoothly. With Talisma, UWEO plans to integrate Web, call center, and student portals into a cohesive strategy to engage with their constituents. UWEO selected Talisma over a wide variety of competition after a comprehensive RFP process because it offered more than traditional core CRM functionality, such as a searchable knowledge base, event management module, and portal technology. The resulting agreement will allow other divisions at University of Washington to add on to the contract, in addition to any WHIPE institution within the State of Washington.
